i imagine a coat of light
brighter than the brightest rainbow,
shinier than the shiniest star,
warmer than the warmest sunbeam,
gentler than the gentlest moonlight,
wrapping the most beautiful of beauties,
the most glorious of glory,
and the most loving of love.

today i saw the prettiest twilight
ahead, the sky was pink
above, it was a slight lilac purple.
i looked up at the sky through my favourite tree with the small clustered leaves.
it left me feeling determined never to forget such beauty, no matter how busy life gets.
it's amazing how he made Light, and sprinkled it, making Colours.
